I’m sure a biologist or other scientist would find this fascinating but honestly, it makes my head spin. This is very far from my reality level. But what I did glean is that my cataract surgery was a detriment and looking at my computer screen, as I do all day I look at all day to stay informed, is bad for me and my vision.

This made me think about why I instinctively always feel better when I hold my face up to the sun!!!
